For our clients that are looking for a professional solution for commercial as well as residential interior design projects, we have added Commercial Grade Type II Wallpaper material to our product range. This type of wallpaper is widely used by architects, interior designers and other professionals in commercial projects such as  office design, healthcare design, retail design, hospitality design, and educational design, though it can be used for residential projects too. Despite the fact that this wallpaper is installed with glue, our Premium Commercial wallpaper panels are also removable in one piece, which means it will not cause you any headaches when it's time to remove it. Keep in mind, this wallpaper contains vinyl and is made with non woven backing, is water-resistant, cleanable and has all the characteristics of a commercial vinyl wallpaper. 
Most important characteristics of Premium Commercial Wallpaper:
  • A commercial non-woven vinyl wallpaper that meets Commercial Type II wallpaper characteristics
  • Made from non woven fleece fiber backing and textured vinyl coating, this is a contract-quality vinyl wallcovering suitable for residential and commercial interiors
  • Texture: Luxe textured finish, printed with GreenGuard Gold certified inks
  • Fire certifications: Meets Federally specified limits for flame, smoke development and flash over according to the required ASTM-E84 and EN 13501 standards
  • Water-resistance: Water-resistant, cleanable with water and soap*
  • Installed using wallpaper paste/glue. Recommended to use Adhesives and Primers designed for non-woven and commercial vinyl wallcoverings. Manufacturers such as Roman offer a wide selection adhesive and primers suitable for this wallcovering material. Roman Eco brand primers and adhesives are recommended for compliance with NFS-342 sustainability. 
  • Sustainability: EPD – Environmental Product Declaration available as per ISO 14025 and EN 15804+A1; - Low VOC – Class A+ according to French regulation on VOC emissions; Meets required EN12149 standards for formaldehyde emission, release of heavy metals and specific elements and vinyl chloride monomer compounds; REACH compliant; CE-marking in accordance with EN15102:2019 and is IMO certified.
  • Panels are designed to be installed side by side, without an overlap. For overlap/double-cut custom option please contact us.
Important note: for best results we suggest priming the walls first and let freshly painted walls dry completely for at least 3 weeks before installing the wallpaper. Available Wallpaper Panel Sizes
Available panel sizes for commercial grade wallpaper:
  • 24" x 96" (61cm x 244cm);
  • 24" x 108" (61cm x 275cm); 
  • 24" x 120" (61cm x 304cm); 
  • 24" x 144" (61cm x 365cm).
 Because our Commercial Type II wallpaper panels are 61cm (24 inches) wide, the design is larger compared to the self adhesive and traditional wallpaper material. Please see image below for reference.
    Wallpaper Material Color And Texture Differences
    This wallpaper has a luxury canvas-linen texture. The base color* of our commercial grade wallpaper is white and warmer when compared to our self adhesive wallpaper. Please see image below which illustrates the color and texture difference between our wallpaper materials. *Please remember shade may vary between sample and current production
