Payment & Taxes
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal, however Livettes do not accept personal checks.
Orders to countries outside EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are estimated once your parcel reaches your country. In order for your parcel to clear customs, these charges have to be paid by the customer, as Livettes holds no responsibility for this. Please contact your local customs for further information!
Security
Livettes use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. For security reasons we do not store any payment information in our database.
Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL and non-refundable.
Custom orders
We are happy to print our wallpapers with customs colors and different pattern size to meet your needs. Please contact us to inquire about these possibilities. Minimum quantities and set up charge will apply. Keep in mind that all custom order sales are final and non-refundable.
Cancellation policy
Orders must be canceled prior to manufacturing. Please contact us within 24 hours after the purchase is made to cancel your order!
Shipping & delivery
Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Keep in mind that our wallpapers are made to order, which means it takes approximately 3-5 business days for production.Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking information.
All Shipping Orders are produced and shipped out within 3-5 business days via FedEx Delivery. This delivery is made within 2-3 business days after the parcel is shipped out and you can track it via www.fedex.com. Your signature might be required upon delivery!
In case of Force Majeur, Livettes obligations are procrastinated. A Force Majeur is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, government measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters and similar events. Under such circumstances Livettes will do everything possible to solve the matter for our customers as soon as possible.
Privacy policy
We will never sell, loan, rent or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including the contact information of those who subscribe to our mailing list. We may notify you by email about special offers, events and products we think you would want to hear about. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter and announcements, please contact us or click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email when you receive it.
